HVAC SERVICE TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Cox Engineering Service Division is seeking a Technical Sales Representative.  This is a new position being developed to support the growth of our existing customer/contract base.  The ideal candidate will have a background in the HVAC industry.   Direct sales experience is beneficial but is not required.  This position reports to the General Manager of the Service Division.  As a Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

• Generating estimates and proposals for the repair, replacement, retrofit and/or design of HVAC equipment and systems for our existing customer base
• Following up on technical leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
• Working productively and creatively with the service sales and operations group
• Providing support to our existing customer base including assisting internal and external customers with any additional needs that they may have
• Maintaining and nurturing new and existing customer relationships
• Maintaining positive communications with all Cox Engineering Divisions to facilitate growth and opportunity for our company and our associates
• Supporting the Service Group’s booking objectives at target gross profits in a timely and high quality manner
• Promoting sales and increasing market share by introducing company products and business solutions

Educational and Relevant Experience:
• Technical training, or related work experience
• Field experience beneficial
